What is a staff control?

The control is directed at all the employees within the business following the guidelines the business has set for personal purchases, taking items home, etc. The staff control is carried out when the employee is leaving the workplace.

The controller from Pegasus Kontroll checks that the employee has a valid receipt for items they bring out of the workplace. The employee’s purse or bag is checked. The controller requests a written explanation if the employee does not have a receipt for all their items, or if there is a deviation between the items that are brought out of the workplace and the receipt.
