As a competence company, it is crucial that we have the right people with the right attitudes, the right competence, and the right will and ability to succeed on behalf of Pegasus and our customers.
We therefore put in a lot of work when it comes to recruiting to get the right people to our company. We are always looking for the people we believe can share our “Pegasus-philosophy”, and who can work with and for our customers in a good way. We’re looking for people who have that curiosity that we believe is crucial to succeed in this exciting niche within the security industry.
We have clear instructions and routines that we use in the hiring and training process of new co-workers at Pegasus. New employees will receive training from the department managers, as well as we have a training program consisting of courses, seminars, and e-learning measurements for our general services, and especially the customer’s services.
Pegasus also has internal competence development programs within our services, as well as internal manager development programs etc. to ensure a positive, individual development.
